About us

Born from a 3am question.

It started with the struggle every new mother knows — and few talk about.

After Rabiya became a mother, life shifted in ways no parenting book prepares you for. Recovering from health complications. Sleepless nights. A newborn who couldn’t be soothed. Like millions of mothers before her, she asked the question every parent eventually asks: how do I help her sleep?

What worked, in the end, wasn’t a generic lullaby or a white noise machine bought off a shelf. It was the songs of her own childhood — gentle Arabic lullabies passed down by her mother, faith-filled melodies that carried the comfort of home. The sounds her baby was, in some way, already born to know.

The change wasn’t just in the baby. It was in Rabiya too. Watching her daughter finally settle to those songs felt like passing on something deeper than sleep — it felt like passing on heritage.

That’s when the idea took shape. Rabiya and her husband Mohammad realised that every new parent in our part of the world deserved this. Not a generic Western lullaby player — a companion built around the voices, faith, and warmth of the Arab home.

So we built Angham Baby together. One small device, designed to carry the sounds that have soothed our children for generations.

Since launching, we’ve heard from mothers across the UAE who tell us their baby finally sleeps through the night. That their toddler asks for Yalla Tnam before bed. That the songs they were too tired to remember are now part of their child’s earliest memories.

This is more than a product. It’s a way of carrying home with you, into the most important moments of your baby’s life.
